This Day

This Day poetry teaches on valuing time. Imagine if a man with a watch on his wrist claims the time is worthless? This poetry preaches against procrastination and valuing every moment we have.

This Day

We were born just yesterday,

A day to mark as history.

We all must leave the same, someday,

But today, we live to set a victory.

Yesterday became a history, as the sun awakes.

We are despite the stars are falling out of place.

Tomorrow is but a mystery, she gives and takes,

But will encourage you to readjust your pace?”

The flame is extinguishing so soon,

But the fuel surcharged again.

Morning was a flash, bitter is the noon,

What a night of endless pain to regain.

Well, we cannot put blame on yesterday,

It was a loyal ‘today’, a day ago.

Making judicious use of this fading day,

Is the best we can do for tomorrow.

I write a lot, on everything and anything. I am that ordinary guy with a whole lot of good to offer. I love art, music and poetry.
